In this capacity, we collaborated with SSE India to deliver a high-impact, full-day masterclass aimed at equipping the next generation of social innovators with essential digital and brand-building expertise to scale their ventures across Uttarakhand.

Full-Day Masterclass in Digital Strategy and Brand Development
We designed and executed a comprehensive, full-day entrepreneurial session for 20 selected social entrepreneurs from Uttarakhand. The masterclass focused on professionalizing their operations by diving deep into crucial topics like foundational branding, creating high-converting digital marketing funnels, and the strategic importance of product labeling. The goal was to provide immediate, actionable tools to help these enterprises transform their social mission into a sustainable, scalable business.

Capacity Building & Actionable Digital Strategy Training
Arcucom Media leveraged its expertise to provide a structured curriculum that converted theoretical concepts into practical frameworks. The session was highly interactive, ensuring every participant left with a clear, next-step strategy for their enterprise:
Foundational Branding & Labeling We guided participants through developing a robust brand identity, emphasizing the visual language, consistent voice, and mission-driven messaging. A specific module was dedicated to the critical function of effective product labeling—covering compliance, consumer trust, and differentiating social products in a competitive market.
Marketing Funnels for Social Good A deep-dive into creating high-converting digital funnels, specifically adapted for social enterprises. This covered the entire customer/supporter journey: from creating awareness campaigns (top-of-funnel) to securing funding, volunteers, or sales (bottom-of-funnel).
Digital Marketing Strategy Practical training on modern marketing techniques, including selecting the right digital channels, optimizing content for social reach, and the essential metrics needed to measure campaign success and maximize impact with limited resources.
Impact The session resulted in a heightened capacity for the 20 social enterprises, providing them with the necessary tools to professionalize their brand, secure more support, and effectively communicate the value of their social impact to consumers, partners, and investors.
