2025

Arcucom Media engaged with PATH India on the critical “Take Charge Against TB” initiative, which aims to leverage community health workers (CHWs) and youth volunteers to combat India's high TB burden. Our role was that of a strategic consultant and implementation design partner, focused on optimizing the volunteer model and the digital-to-on-the-ground activation processes across Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Summary

We conducted a detailed, multi-faceted analysis and strategic design effort for the next phase of the TB initiative. Our work involved reviewing and providing recommendations across the entire programmatic lifecycle, from digital youth activation mechanisms and volunteer management (onboarding, training, motivation) to assessing performance bottlenecks and strengthening the roles of key field personnel. This resulted in a refined, data-driven framework for future program scaling and impact.

Solutions

Arcucom Media delivered a comprehensive consulting engagement focused on rigorous analysis, strategic design, and operational oversight:

Strategic Design & Framework Development:

We participated in scoping workshops with youth and stakeholders to gather granular, on-the-ground insights.

We drafted the strategic framework defining the precise operational mechanisms for the digital volunteering model, aligning program goals with actionable steps.

We defined clear volunteer profiles and mapped the complete user journey from registration, through sensitization, activity tracking, and final certification.

Platform and Content Integration Support:

We supported the functional design of the digital platform (website) required for volunteer registration, activity tracking, motivation, and certification.

We provided technical guidance on how to adapt the existing 3C training materials to effectively integrate youth volunteering components for sensitization and engagement.

Implementation Oversight & Performance Review:

We conducted a detailed cross-domain review and analysis of the program, covering: digital and offline youth activation, volunteer onboarding, and the effectiveness of Youth Coordinators and J&J mentors.

We analyzed programmatic bottlenecks and strengths across the three implementation cities (Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad).

We provided monthly oversight and technical guidance to the implementation team, generating comprehensive progress reports with actionable recommendations for improved process efficiency, volunteer motivation, and overall impact.
